The ConCarolinas Short Film Festival is dedicated to the art of the short film and the expression of independent filmmakers. The festival has created a setting for local and international filmmakers to showcase artistic visions surrounding Science Fiction, Fandom, Horror/Suspense, Fantasy, and Adventure. The Festival is open to global submissions. We do focus on Southern Filmmakers in the aforementioned genres.

This is the festival’s 15th year and Best in Show also gets $150 to put towards their next film project. The top 4 are called “CeeCee’s Favorite: Best in Show,” “CeeCee’s Pick: Best North American Film,” CeeCee’s Pick: Best International Film,” and “CeeCee’s Pick: Best Short Short.”
