Stage and film actress Judith O’Dea began her career over five decades ago at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. But for most film and theatre goers, Judith is best remembered as Barbra in the George A. Romero 1968 horror film classic Night of the Living Dead.   This epic film changed her life and definitely remains one of her all-time favorite career highlights.   Since then, she has appeared in over 22 theatrical productions and 13 feature films, some of which include Warner Bros. made-for-TV “The Pirate,” Jason Paul Collum’s “October Moon” and “November Son,” and Lonnie Martin’s “Women’s Studies.”   Soon-to-be-released projects include “Safe Inside” (another Jason Paul Collum thriller), “Abandoned Dead,” “Night of the Living Dead: Genesis,” and “They Came From the Ether.” This last indie film garnered Ms. O’Dea Outstanding Acting Performance

In addition to her work in film, Judith has done many commercial voice-overs, corporate industrial shows, and radio broadcasting.

Off stage, she has enjoyed a second career as President and Founder of O’Dea Communications, a training and consulting firm specializing in the art of organizing, visualizing, and delivering persuasive oral presentations for on-camera, business or informal situations.
