1) What was your favorite cartoon growing up?
It’s hard to name one favorite cartoon from my childhood. I was definitely a big fan of the Smurfs, My Little Ponies, Care Bears and Gummy Bears as a young kid. When I got a little older, I loved Rocko’s Modern Life, Doug & Rugrats. Daria was always a solid choice, Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers, Animaniacs…Ok, I watched a lot of tv. And still do.
2) What is your go to comfort food?
All of them. I love chocolate chip cookies and chicken pot pie. And I’m currently obsessed with The Dumpling Lady food truck. Growing up in NY, we ate a lot of pasta dishes, so spaghetti and meatballs rocks my socks, too.
3) What was the first book you read that you have gone back and read over and over again?
Hmmm haha well, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. I wish I was kidding. I rarely have time to read things once so twice would be a real luxury. But many of Shel Silverstein’s books I’ve read a few times cause they get ya right in the feels.
4) Current favorite song?
I’m very into music and a weird playlist is always running through my head. I’ve had “Another Story” by The Head and The Heart in my head a lot lately and at least once a week, both Childish Gambino’s “Sweatpants” and ODB & Kelis’ “Got Your Money” pop into my head.
5) Current favorite TV show?
I’m really enjoying Big Little Lies on HBO. The correct answer, though, is “The Flash.” All time favorite might be Sex and the City. 40 new things can be on TV but if I’m scrolling through and see an SATC marathon on, it typically wins.
