ConCarolinas cares about your health and safety. With vaccines becoming more widely available through the coming months, ConCarolinas 2021 will be a hybrid convention, with both virtual and in-person content. We welcome any level of participation with which you feel comfortable. Some of our in-person safety measures will include mandatory masks, daily ConCarolinas ConCrud Clear screenings, hand sanitizer in all convention areas and public spaces, social distancing and limited occupation in panel rooms as recommended by CDC and local health guidelines.
In addition, the Hilton is implementing enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the building. We are closely monitoring updates from officials on safety protocols and will make adjustments to meet the recommendations designed to keep everyone safe. An updated registration price structure that includes virtual programming will be released this week.
