ConCarolinas weekend badge pickup
Once you arrive at ConCarolinas, find the Registration Desk in the Hilton lobby to pickup or purchase badges. The Registration Desk closes at 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
Badges purchased online can be picked up at the Registration Desk during these hours.
- Friday – noon until 8pm – (Registration desk opens at 2pm for walk-ins)
- Saturday – 9am until 8pm
- Sunday – 9am until 1pm
To check your badge status:
- Go to eventbrite.com and log in (or sign up) with the address you used to register for the con.
- Choose “My Tickets”.
- All events you registered for with that same email address will appear.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds. If you find you have an extra membership, you may transfer it by emailing Registration by May 28.
