Program Book Advertising
ConCarolinas will print approximately 1,500 program books that will be freely available to our attendees and guests over the weekend. Bronze, Silver, and Gold sponsorships include two weekend badges for ConCarolinas. Platinum and Diamond sponsorships include four weekend badges.

- A Diamond Sponsor may decorate the sponsored programming room, so long as it doesn’t interfere with panels and/or events. Diamond Sponsors may also place posters on the wall. Nothing can be hung from the ceiling and only blue painter’s tape can be used to attach posters to the walls.
- All sponsors will also have their ads posted on our website.
Specs for ads
Our program book is 8.5″ x 11″.
Full page ad size is 8″ x 10.5″
Half page ad size is 8″ x 5.25″
Quarter page ad size is 4″ x 5.25″
Ads will be in black and white. We have graphic designers that are available to assist with ad creation, if needed. Preferred file types are jpg or png. Preferred resolution is 300dpi. Email your ad to rfranks@concarolinas.org. The deadline for ad submission is April 24th.
Paying for your ad
Payment must be made by April 17th. If you wish to pay online, please send an email and we will send an invoice via Paypal.
If you’d like to send a check or money order, please email concarolinas@concarolinas.org and we’ll provide you with a mailing address.
