Our Dealer Room 2017 is sold out and the wait list is full.
If you applied for space in our 2017 Dealer Room, you should have received an email letting you know if you were accepted or are on the wait list. If you are on the wait list, you will be notified if a space becomes available.

- January 20th – Guest applications
- January 31st – 2017 Badge and T-Shirt Art Contest
- March 3rd – Deadline to submit films to the ConCarolinas Short Film Festival
- March 5th – 2017 Membership rate increases to $45. Don’t wait, register for your membership today! Also, Single day memberships go on sale.
As a reminder, we have a new group rate policy. You may purchase a group of 5 memberships $30 each. A group of 10 memberships is $29 each.
Memberships will be on sale until Friday, May 26th.
