Hallway Fan Tables
The form to follow is for any fan group/club/LARP group/convention/non-profit group that wishes to have a table or space for a table in the convention hallway.
There is a fee of $10 for a hallway table. If you wish to also bring another display table it must be approved by the Fan Table Coordinator prior to the convention. Any large displays must have prior approval. Placement of hallway tables is at the discretion of the Convention. The space availabel is roughly 8'X6' for each group but may vary some based on traffic patterns.
Sales must be conducted in the dealer's room. Fan tables may raise monies for charity with prior approval of the Convention.
If you are an author and plan to sell books, we have a designated area for that. Please contact our and they will arrange for table in that area. There is a fee to sell books in the hallway ($15 to $30).
NOTE: No free badges are included with a fan table. Groups rates are available for groups with 10 or more attending members. Please go to registration to request a group rate or register your members.
